Amplifiers with output power of 100 W, 300 W and 500 W are situated in one box, while amplifiers with output power of 1 kW are realized by combining two amplifiers with output power of 500 W and form a more complex saystem.
All amplifying stages consist of chain of RF power amplifiers, realized in balanced technique with 3 dB couplers or Wilkinson type dividers / combiners.
The amplifiers comprise the controller based on microprocessor, so the device operation monitoring is fully digitized. The controller has very complex damage protection system: for overcurrent, overvoltage, high reflection and temperature.
Control unit in the amplifiers communicates with control unit in the exciter, and form united control system for the whole device.
All amplifiers have the remote monitoring and control possibility.
