VHF amplifier with output power of 500 W is realized in VMOS technology, as balanced amplifier with 3 dB couplers and Wilkinson type dividers / combiners.
Power gain is better than 14.5 dB in whole band.
The amplifier is situated in standard rack 19" wide and 6H high.
The amplifier can be used with special Master controller (in a system of 500 W transmitter or transposer) and then it has ALC feature, which provides high stability of the emitted signal power.
The amplifier has remote monitoring and control possibility.
