Type S3dBU and type S3dBU4N are declared for powers up to 300 W and they have different cases depending on need for integration with other devices they are used in.
Type S3dBU doesn’t have connectors; it uses stripline to microstrip connection pads. There is a possibility to mount SMA and / or N type connectors. 50 Ohm termination is integrated within coupler.
Type S3dBU4N has four connectors of N or SMA type.
Type S3dBUP is declared for powers up to 600 W and also has four connectors (N and / or 7/16").
