1 kW VHF Amplifier      
   

VHF amplifier with output power of 1 kW is a complex system that consists of  the following units:

  • TV controller, that comprises linearity corrector, 3 dB dividing coupler, two branches of phase-amplitude shifters and master controller that manages the whole system operation;

  • Two branches of pre-amplifiers (situated in the exciter- transmitter or transposer);

  • Two amplifiers woth output power of 500 W + 1 dB;

  • Output (combining) 3 dB coupler and

  • Bandpass and notch filter

The amplifiers with output power of 500 W are realized in VMOS technology,  as balanced amplifiers with 3 dB couplers and Wilkinson dividers / combiners.
The amplifiers have ALC feature within the ampifying stages, which provides excelent stability of the emitted signal.
The amplifiers have the remote monitoring and control possibility.
