UHF amplifier with output power of 1 kW is a complex system that comprises the following units:

• Input (dividing) 3 dB coupler

• Two amplifiers with output power of 500 W 

• Output (combining) 3 dB coupler

• Bandpass and notch filters

• Directional coupler

• Power distribution, that forwards three-phase power supply to all system units and unifies power consumpliton per each phase 

• Master controller, that monitors the operation of the whole system

• Site controller, for remote monitoring and controll feature

The amplifiers with output power of 500 W are realized in LDMOS technology,  as balanced amplifiers with Wilkinson dividers / combiners.
The amplifiers have ALC feature, which provides excelent stability of the emitted signal.
The amplifiers have the remote monitoring and control possibility.
